At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for MHE Operator PM to work with a leading logistics company in Wellesbourne. In this role, you will operate a variety of Material Handling Equipment to move, locate, and store products in our warehouse efficiently, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.

Shift Patterns:

  • 14:30 - 01:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed

Pay Rates:

  • £15.27 hourly

Must-have requirements for MHE Operator PM:

  • Valid in-date MHE certificates/licences for relevant trucks: VNA, Reach, Counterbalance/CTB, HLOP and LLOP
  • Previous warehouse experience operating MHE safely
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety rules
  • Ability to complete pre-use truck checks and report defects
  • Confidence working at height where required, especially VNA/HLOP
  • Accuracy when picking, put-away, replenishing and moving stock
  • Ability to follow site procedures, traffic routes and loading rules
  • Good attention to detail and awareness of pedestrians/other vehicles
  • Flexibility to support general warehouse duties when needed

  • Valid license and minimum of 6 months up to date experience to operate selected trucks
  • Safety-first mindset and good attention to detail
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
