Requirements:
To support production/operations to meet daily orders ensuring all health and safety, food safety and quality requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
As a Food production operative, you will:
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Adhere to all food safety requirements
- Further processing and packing of products to required orders including mixing, blending, hand finishing and packing and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork meat
- Familiarity of working in a temperature-controlled environment.
