Essential Requirements for General Operative:
- Ability to work the day shift from 06:00 to 18:00
- No formal qualifications required
Role for General Operative:
- Process products onto the production line and pack them into retail trays
- Use scales, stack baskets, and handle palletising duties
- Use knives and scissors to trim products to customer specifications
- Assess product quality throughout the production process
- Promote safe working practices and adhere to the clean as you go policy
