Details:
- Salary: £13.97 per hour
- Location: DHL Tradeteam Stretton, Eastern Avenue, Burton on Trent - DE13 0BB
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 (37.5hrs per week) (once fully trained 3 days working from office 2 days working from home)
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in a Logistics and/or Supply Chain environment
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes
- Good knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting processes
- Understanding of warehouse and stock movement operations
- Experience managing stock-related data and reporting
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage ullage records for all contracts
- Track and monitor ullage throughout every stage of the process
- Ensure depot compliance with operational processes and SLAs
- Investigate ullage losses and determine liability for stock loss
- Liaise directly with customers regarding uplift issues and credit refusals
- Validate ullage claims and raise credits where appropriate
- Maintain strong supplier and customer relationships
- Coordinate the return of empty assets back to brand owners
- Work with secondary sites to obtain daily/weekly empty asset counts
- Support stock replenishment and maintenance across the Tradeteam network
- Assist supply planning processes when required
- Produce timely and accurate operational reports
- Follow company guidelines when making decisions on credits and liability claims
