We are recruiting for MHE Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Wellesbourne. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, where you will be responsible for the efficient operation of VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, and HLOP equipment. Must-have requirements for MHE Operator:
- Valid in-date MHE certificates/licences for VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, HLOP, and LLOP
- Previous warehouse experience operating MHE safely
- Good understanding of warehouse health & safety rules
- Ability to complete pre-use truck checks and report defects
- Confidence working at height where required, especially VNA/HLOP
- Accuracy when picking, put-away, replenishing, and moving stock
- Ability to follow site procedures, traffic routes, and loading rules
- Good attention to detail and awareness of pedestrians and other vehicles
- Flexibility to support general warehouse duties when needed
