We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Manager to join our team in Kettering.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday // between 08:00-18:00 (flexibility during busier times)
Salary: £35,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: NN14 1UB
Role and responsibilities:
- To build and maintain strong relationships with the client, integrate into client operations
- To manage and maintain an active headcount
- To ensure correct payroll and financing reporting, manage holidays, sickness and any client or workers queries
- To meet daily/weekly KPIs, collate/present data at KPI meetings
- To manage and monitor worker performance and accuracy
- To manage, coach and develop the onsite team through: daily & weekly team meetings, regular 121s and performance reviews
- To demonstrate company visions and values by operating within company SOPs and all compliance / legislative processes as dictated by customer relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager/ On-Site Manager
- Experience dealing with a large on-site headcount
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive planning
- Computer literate – Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong written/verbal communication
