Order Picker PM shift - Kettering
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Order Picker PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Shift patterns:
- 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory.
- The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.
Pay rates:
* £16.47 hourly
Must-have requirements for Order Picker PM shift:
* Lifting up to 25kg on a daily basis.
Role for Order Picker PM shift:
- Picking items accurately using a voice-activated headset.
- Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment.
- Stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
- Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
