The Position
We are looking for an Account Manager to be based at one of our client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery while driving an exceptional experience for both our client and our temporary workforce.
Responsibilities
- Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
- Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.
- Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
- Support the onboarding, development, and engagement of workers on site
- Management: managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
- Act as the key point of contact for all operational matters related to the account
- Dealing with colleagues queries
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ensuring compliance in all areas
- Ambition and determination to succeed
