Job&Talent is looking for an organised and proactive Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of one of our key Global Client accounts. Working closely with the Account Manager, recruitment and operational teams, client stakeholders and temporary workers, you will help ensure workforce requirements are met and the account runs smoothly. The role is primarily based in our Southampton office, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00. From time to time, certain meetings may be held at the client site. Any client-site requirements will be discussed with the successful candidate at a later stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with the daily operation of the account.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, inductions and worker deployment.
- Monitor workforce requirements and support fulfilment of client bookings.
- Act as a point of contact for workers and support with day-to-day queries.
- Monitor attendance, absence, lateness and working hours.
- Support timesheet and payroll processes and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate worker and account records.
- Support Right to Work and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain regular client reports.
- Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support worker engagement, retention and overall service delivery.
- Follow and promote relevant Health & Safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, account coordination, customer service or a similar operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in communicating with workers, colleagues and clients.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience within temporary staffing, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or a high-volume workforce environment would be an advantage.
