Job Location: Hook, RG27 9UP

Job&Talent are recruiting for an experienced Assembler to perform operational tasks within the assigned area of the business, to undertake and assist in any training or improvement activities as required. To continually develop product and process knowledge while accepting responsibility for their activities and working areas.

Duties:

  • Support Line Management at all levels, to meet the business objectives.
  • Comply with all Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Familiarise themselves with all activities within their working areas.
  • Assist with inventory and stock keeping.
  • Ensure physical working spaces meet and exceed company housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Undertake any reasonable task requested by Management.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Self-Motivated timekeeping.
  • Able to maintain professional relationships and teamwork.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prepared to accept responsibility and work toward Level 3 Inspection Training.
  • Committed to personal development.
  • Able to read and write clear, readable schematics for the manufactured product through effective utilisation of schematic tools.
  • Must be comfortable performing repetitive work.

Working Hours:

The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday - 8:00 - 17:00

Salary: From £14.00
