Essential requirements for Production Operative Grade 1
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production, or service environment with targets and objectives to meet.
- GCSE level education or equivalent standard.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Demonstrate fault finding capability coupled with a degree of rectification capability.
Desirable requirements for Production Operative Grade 1
- BTEC National Certificate Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and relevant NVQ.
- Experience working with special purpose machinery and high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- PC literate and experience setting manufacturing or production equipment.
- Target driven, organised, proactive, and flexible in terms of tasks undertaken.
- Good communication skills and capable of building and maintaining good working relationships as a team member.
