- Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience in managing high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
- Conduct interviews and inductions
- To clearly establish and understand the client's requirements, e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
- To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, including the prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payroll of all Flexi Workers.
- Ensure that all clients and workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager.
- To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation.
- To ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up-to-date.
- To ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, AND customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
- To attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
- To ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K and assist or offer advice of requirement
- Maintaining quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
- To carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform
