In this hands-on and varied role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of two warehouse sites, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and well maintained. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities:- Facilities Maintenance: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance across two warehouse sites, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Issue Management: Act as the first point of contact for facility-related issues, ensuring urgent maintenance is resolved promptly.
- Contractor Management: Source, vet, and manage external contractors such as cleaners, security, and landscapers. Monitor SLAs to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health, fire, and safety regulations. Maintain safety records, complete assigned actions, and manage first aid kits.
- Stock & Supplies: Manage office supplies, kitchen essentials, and maintenance tools. Process invoices as required.
- Site Inspections & Improvements: Inspect rooms and furnishings to identify repair or renovation needs. Collaborate with stakeholders on equipment selection aligned with company design standards.
- Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years' experience in facilities coordination, operations, or office management
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience using Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Background in building and equipment maintenance
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Flexibility to travel between two warehouse locations (North and South East London)
