- Experience in logistics, materials, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, customs, tooling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in IT systems and strong leadership capabilities.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and confident in managing priorities and resolving issues.
Desirable requirements for Materials Management Manager:
- Experience within a Leonardo Helicopters, OEM, MRO, or Part 145 environment.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, traceability, calibration, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with customs, international shipping, ERP/WMS systems, audits, and Lean processes.
- Logistics qualifications and experience managing KPIs and SLAs.
- French or Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in Import/Export and stakeholder management.
