Production Operative - Linton / Haverhill Area - £14.15/hr
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in supporting daily production activities, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

- Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am

- 14.15 GBP hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operative
- Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.
- No formal qualifications are required for this role.
- Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.
Desirable Requirements for Production Operative
- Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Role for Production Operative
- Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.
- Mixing and blending ingredients according to production specifications.
- Labelling finished products to meet customer order requirements.
- Following site procedures to ensure health, safety, and food quality standards are met.
