We are recruiting for the role of Warehouse Supervisor in Darlington.
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will need to have:
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
- People management/supervisory experience is essential
- Flexibility in hours to support the business and attend meetings/training if required
- Excellent PC skills, both web based & Excel
Details:
- Salary: £27,443
- Working Hours: Afternoon Shift, 2pm to 10am, must be flexible to cover other shifts and be able to work weekends
- Location: Darlington
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Planning & managing workload & labour deployment
- Managing & motivating the workforce
- Daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers
- Attending Management meetings
- Training & development of new starters
- Production of accurate daily MI
