Join us to shape the future of work: your next adventure awaits! We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at AS Watson in their Distribution Centre at Darlington DL3 0PS. This is a key role for us as you will be the link between the warehouse operation and the onsite team. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, planning or a team leading position is required but full training will be provided. Key Duties as an Onsite Recruiter:
- Liaising with the onsite manager and planning recruitment sessions around the intake plan
- Carrying out registration sessions and planning induction / training sessions
- Recruiting and attracting the best talent for the warehouse operative roles
- Reporting, recording and tracking the weekly recruitment activity
- Reviewing with the marketing team to place adverts for warehouse operatives and reviewing marketing campaigns
- New starter engagement and supporting with any queries
As an Onsite Recruiter you will need to have:
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience of working as a resourcer, recruiter or consultant
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
Salary: £28,404 per year
