We are looking for an experienced On-Site Manager to be based at one of our client sites in Ruskington.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Salary: £33,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: NG34 9BL

Role of an On-Site Manager:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Management of the site
  • Lead and maintain a responsive working team and service to the site, ensuring that the onsite team are aware of the short-term and long-term needs of the site
  • Oversee site recruitment activities and work closely with site management on staffing level needs and the new starter onboarding process
  • Collate and prepare Management Information and conduct effective Weekly Meetings with client Operations Managers and/or HR teams
  • Responsible for weekly closure of payroll, adjustments, holiday pay, distribution of client cost reports and obtaining PO numbers for effective invoicing
  • Lead the onsite team to comply with Company Policies and internal compliance requirements at all times
  • Effective management of the onsite team through the monitoring of company systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Responsible for team performance against quality targets (KPI's & site-specific SLA's)
  • Travelling to other sites which will fall under the responsibility of the successful candidate

As an On-Site Manager, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills for Google Sheets
