We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our busy warehouse team at DHL Supply Chain Tradeteam, supporting the Molson Coors Beverage Company National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Burton upon Trent, DE14 2WT. This is a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, where the team plays a key role in storing, handling, and distributing beverages to customers across the UK.

As a Counterbalance FLT Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement of stock throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing picking locations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the distribution centre.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday AM Shift 06:00-14:00
  • PM Shift 10:00/14:00-22:00
  • Contract is 48 hrs + therefore 12 hrs shift apply on daily basis

Pay rates:

  • Standard: £14.03 per hour
  • Overtime: £19.91 per hour

Duties Include:

  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Work safely and in line with site Health & Safety standards, including safe FLT operation, pedestrian awareness, speed limits, PPE compliance, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions.
