We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at Hams Hall Birmingham for our client, a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL. Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 06:00-18:00
Salary: £28,000

Role of an On-Site Coordinator:
Key Duties as a Onsite Coordinator
- Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teams
- New starter engagement and supporting with any queries
- Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team
- Carrying out registration sessions inline with the site's recruitment plan
- Collating and processing worker hours inline with the company payroll system
- Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required
As an Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience of working as a supervisor, team leader, patroller, coordinator is required
- People management skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
- Ability of working independently and as a part of a team
- Sense of humor, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
