Shift patterns: Start times include 4AM, 7AM, 8:30AM, 11AM and 5PM. Shifts are up to 12 hours - factory is operating seven days a week.
Pay rates: £12.85 hourly
Essential requirements: Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks, follow supervisor instructions respectfully, and work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed.
Your role: Prepare and assemble food products on a fast-paced production line according to specifications. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the work area at all times. Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor immediately. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following training. Support the wider team in achieving daily production targets and deadlines.
