Shift patterns:* Any 5 days out of 7 including weekends* Shift times: 14:00 - 22:00Pay rates:* 13.32 GBP hourlyEssential requirements for Production Operative:* Must have own transport* Full-time availability only (no student visas)* Medium level of English proficiency* Comfortable working in a chilled environment (+2/+4 celsius degrees)* Flexible to work weekendsDesirable requirements for Production Operative:* Previous experience in food manufacturing* Flexibility in working hours* Positive attitude and team player mindsetRole for Production Operative:* Assist with the production process on a fresh food line* Pack and wrap food products according to standards* Perform quality control checks and remove defective items* Follow recipes to mix and cut ingredients using machinery* Weigh and measure ingredients to meet customer specifications* Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standardsLocation: Atherstone.
