Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Previous experience of working in hygiene role preferable but not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities:
As a Slicing production operative, you will:
- The Slicing Operative role is a key role within the site ensuring the product is sliced and prepared for packing using high-speed slicing machinery that portions cooked or cured meats.
- Machine Setup & Operation: Loading bulk products into high-speed slicing machines and setting precise thickness and weight configurations.
- Portion & Quality Control: Constantly checking sliced packs to ensure correct weight, appearance, and shingle pattern before they hit the packaging line. xgikmsk
