At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work at DHL's Range site distribution centre in the Stafford area. DHL is a leader in logistics, offering consistent and ongoing work for reliable candidates.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday and one Saturday every 3 weeks
- Rotating shift Week 1 0600-1400 then Week 2 1400-2200
- Night Shift - Sunday Thursday 22:00-06:00
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift - £12.21
- Night Shift - £13.27
- OT - £15.26
As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:
- Own transport (due to the site's lack of public transport access)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet target-based KPIs
- Fluent English
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications
- Dealing with orders from the stores, ensuring stock is not damaged upon delivery
- Meet daily targets and maintain high standards of work
- Opportunity to train and gain certifications in LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) and other MHE trucks
- Some heavy lifting will be involved
