Job&Talent is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a major client, one of the UK\’s leading and fastest-growing discount retailers, operating over 850 stores across the country Shift Patterns: Day Shift 07:00 – 19:00 Night Shift – 19:00 – 07:00 Rota : 7am-7pm 4 days on 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off on a continuing basisPay Rates: Day Shift: £12.21/hr (£14.21/hr on weekends) Night Shift: £13.21/hr (£15.21/hr on weekends)Overtime Pay Rates: Days Monday – Friday: £12.21 Days Weekends: £14.21 Days Monday – Friday Overtime: £18.32 Days Weekends Overtime: £21.32 Nights Monday – Friday: £13.21 Nights Weekends: £15.21 Nights Monday – Friday OT: £19.82 Nights Weekends Overtime: £22.82 As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have: Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided. Communication and good level of English is required. Good attention to details. This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.Role of a Warehouse Operative: Picking and packing different range of products. Candidates will be trained inhouse to use the LLOP trucks so candidates must be comfortable with this. Duties will include Order Picking using a LLOP truck and handballing work. Work will be assigned on different departments in the warehouse. Label, wrap and move pallets within the warehouse.
