Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be confident navigating and using apps.
- Have the ability to stay physically active - bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35kg frequently.
- Be ready to respond to assigned tasks promptly.
- Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and work well with others.
- Have previous experience working on a bike as a courier or delivery driver.
- Be confident, professional and respectable in contact with members of the public (Previous customer facing role experience advantageous).
- Be flexible and available to work weekends.
Role Responsibilities:
- Relocate incorrectly parked e-bikes to designated parking areas.
- Represent the company by engaging with the public and answering questions about the bikes.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
