- Support large scale and complex unit linked transition events ensuring that member experience is optimised, and shareholder risk is managed.
- Work with the aligned transition manager to identify the optimal transition approach for each event, focusing on customer outcomes and shareholder risk.
- Oversee the operational activities of each transition event through provision of data, modelling and adherence to a strict risk and controls framework.
- Provide SME support to wider business when transitions insight is required.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure transition activity completes as per requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience of Workplace Pensions, their administration systems and fund structures.
- Experienced in the planning and execution of unit link transition events with a focus on ensuring the best outcome for customers.
- An in depth understanding of transition methods (re-registration / in specie / prefunding) and experience in the application of these methods.
- Strong analytical skills along with advance excel knowledge
- An understanding of Investments and a desire to develop a specialist investment knowledge and skills
