Act as the subject matter expert for applied AI and workplace AI adoption for Level 3 and Level 4 AI programme learners
Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions
Facilitate hands-on learning with AI tools and real business use cases
Coach learners as they build AI-enabled processes and solutions
Maintain momentum on programme milestones
Work with employers as a trusted AI skills advisor to support productive and responsible AI adoption
Feed back to the curriculum team on what is effective and help evolve the curriculum
Bring AI concepts to life through case studies and workplace context
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation (virtual and/or in-person)
- Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) in a business context
- Understanding of AI adoption in business workflows, productivity, service, or operations
- Strong knowledge of data ethics, responsible AI and information governance
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple, practical, workplace-ready learning
- Excellent communication, facilitation and learning-engagement skills
- Confidence using digital learning and collaboration platforms
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or formal training programmes (nice to have)
- Familiarity with project-based learning, portfolios, and workplace coaching (nice to have)
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering, and automation tools (nice to have)
- Understanding of Ofsted/ESFA expectations for apprenticeship delivery (nice to have)
- Relevant certifications, e.g. BCS AI Foundation, Microsoft AI, Google AI (nice to have)
- Required to undergo Safer Recruitment checks before starting, including an appropriate DBS check and reference check
