  • Source opportunities and generate revenue through acquiring new corporate employee benefit clients
  • Develop and implement creative, forward-thinking approaches to prospective clients
  • Nurture external relationships and build a strong pipeline to meet business quality metrics and revenue growth targets
  • Develop effective relationships to drive new business production against individual revenue targets and company targets
  • Produce regular and meaningful management information (MI)
  • Develop sales strategies and innovative employee benefits solutions
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Innovation on prospect engagement
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure seamless transition of new clients into Secondsight
  • Serve as key contact and account director for key clients
  • Deliver exceptional client experience and manage suitable upselling opportunities
  • Record and report personal new business deals and income generation
  • Provide leadership and mentoring support when required
  • Provide leadership and support to Practices managing key clients
  • Manage and plan projects considering People, Planet and Governance under the sustainability policy

Requirements

  • Experience developing corporate new business opportunities
  • Ability to conduct high-level needs analysis during qualification calls
  • Ability to uncover prospects’ key business and people challenges
  • Ability to provide pension, financial wellbeing and H&P advice/guidance to employers
  • Detailed understanding of Secondsight services
  • Ability to create a positive lasting impression and build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong commercial focus
  • Ambitious and self-starting
  • Team player with mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to manage and plan projects in line with the company sustainability policy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the New Business Development Team and Practices
