Responsibilities
- Produce creative concepts and final, customer-ready design assets across digital, print, and social media.
- Create and edit visual content including graphics, layouts, and basic video assets.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions where appropriate.
- Continue developing your design and technical skills through learning opportunities.
- Work closely with the design team and wider stakeholders to deliver projects to brief.
- Take on feedback constructively and apply it to improve creative output.
- Support team members on ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Manage your own workload with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure deadlines are met and briefs are followed accurately.
- Maintain well-organised files and project assets.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong interest in graphic design (academic or commercial work).
- Understanding of design and brand principles (layout, typography, colour).
- Familiarity with design tools such as: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Awareness of UX/UI design principles.
- Exposure to creating assets for digital campaigns and social media.
- Interest in emerging tools such as AI-assisted design (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney).
