Responsibilities

  • Produce creative concepts and final, customer-ready design assets across digital, print, and social media.
  • Create and edit visual content including graphics, layouts, and basic video assets.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions where appropriate.
  • Continue developing your design and technical skills through learning opportunities.
  • Work closely with the design team and wider stakeholders to deliver projects to brief.
  • Take on feedback constructively and apply it to improve creative output.
  • Support team members on ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage your own workload with guidance from senior team members.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and briefs are followed accurately.
  • Maintain well-organised files and project assets.

Qualifications

  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong interest in graphic design (academic or commercial work).
  • Understanding of design and brand principles (layout, typography, colour).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Awareness of UX/UI design principles.
  • Exposure to creating assets for digital campaigns and social media.
  • Interest in emerging tools such as AI-assisted design (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney).
