JobTailor is seeking a Senior Finance Partner to lead BU performance analysis and planning in the UK. You will collaborate with the Finance Director and FP&A teams to develop robust plans, drive BU performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure actions are in place to improve outcomes.
You will provide high-quality financial analysis, lead forecasting for cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet, and oversee contract reviews and financial controls while developing the finance team.
