  • Lead account and relationship management with target customers
  • Plan, develop and deliver Emerging Markets Operations Procurement and Supply Chain strategy
  • Ensure category, operational and key supplier strategies meet customer requirements and deliverables
  • Meet and exceed KPIs aligned with customer satisfaction and in-contract performance measures
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of supply markets, supplier capabilities, technology, processes and service-line geography
  • Report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager – Customer Programme & Planning
  • Support delivery of Business and Strategy Team objectives

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of supply chain management
  • Demonstrable experience of managing UK and International external Customers
  • Ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and implement changes within a customer environment without detrimental impact
  • Skill in managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner
  • MCIPS and/or nuclear market experience are desirable but not essential
  • Ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
  • Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
  • Willingness to undertake regular domestic and international travel
  • Transferable skills and career/sector-jump applicants welcomed
