- Shape the design and lead the delivery of the FCA’s supervisory strategy for the Consolidated Tape
- Improve market transparency, integrity and confidence across UK financial markets
- Collaborate with Authorisations, Legal, Trading Policy, Market Oversight and Trading Venue Supervision
- Lead complex supervisory issues and cases, applying regulatory knowledge and experience to make informed judgements and recommendations

Requirements
- Prior experience of financial services and financial regulation
- Prior experience of representing an organisation externally in a leadership role on technically demanding issues
- Thorough understanding of the UK regulatory framework, particularly relating to financial markets, transparency and market data
- Ability to quickly acquire, source, manipulate and analyse data to inform decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and make evidence-based judgements, including where information may be incomplete
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Clear commitment to collaborative working, with the ability to positively challenge and influence others while providing support and guidance to colleagues
