- Complete a three-year training contract while studying for ATT and CTA qualifications
- Complete nine exams: six for ATT and three for CTA
- Develop professional, technical, and commercial knowledge through structured training and on-the-job learning
- Develop understanding of UK employment tax legislation and apply it to client work
- Analyse client financial and payroll information and prepare calculations and reports
- Prepare and submit employment tax compliance returns, including P11Ds, PSAs, STBV returns, ERS returns, and expatriate personal tax returns
- Assist with employment tax reviews and audits, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, other service lines, and HMRC
- Attend and contribute to client meetings, calls, and internal discussions
- Manage day-to-day requirements for a client portfolio and act as a first point of contact for routine queries
- Prioritise workload across multiple projects and maintain accurate records, working papers, and documentation
- Build strong client relationships and support senior colleagues with the annual tax compliance cycle
Requirements
- Applicants from all degree backgrounds, including recent university graduates, career changers, and people returning to work
- Clear motivation to pursue a career in employment tax and understanding of the ATT and CTA qualifications
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and collaborating with clients and colleagues

- Minimum of 112 UCAS Tariff points from three A Levels or equivalent qualifications, excluding EPQ
- 2:1 or above from a degree in any discipline
- Permission to work in the UK for at least three years from the programme start date
- Willingness to attend the office three days per week and more regularly when required
- Willingness to travel to and attend client sites when required
