- Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles from brief through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans
- Proactively source high-demand technology talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets including AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, and engineering
- Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes
- Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy
- Recruit across Software Engineering, Computer Vision, BIM/VDC, and Product teams
Requirements
- In-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector; essential, not preferred
- In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
- Experience in engineering or deep tech environments
- Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles
- Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed
- Strong stakeholder skills; ability to challenge, influence, and partner effectively
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
