- Support the delivery of our Responsible Leadership apprenticeship programme, aligned to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner standard:
- Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
- Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
- Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development.
- Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
- Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops.
- Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
- Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
- Manage your schedule effectively to ensure learner progress and achievement.
- Follow quality assurance processes to maintain best practice and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers.
- Provide pastoral support where required.
