Requirements
- Significant experience in the design, analysis, or manufacture of composite structures.
- Proven track record in leading complex structural analysis programmes.
- Deep knowledge of composite structural behaviour.
- Strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and assurance processes.
- Demonstrable experience in technical leadership, project direction, or capability development.
- Proficiency with major finite element analysis tools (e.g. Abaqus, Ansys) (beneficial).
- Experience with programming (e.g. Python, MATLAB) to support advanced analysis or automation (beneficial).
- Experience working in regulated or safety-critical industries (beneficial).
