Responsibilities
- The CQ International Markets Team Lead is accountable for the flawless execution of CQ services including policy consultation and program design.
- Lead strategic commercial quality initiatives in support of the CQ strategy.
- Empower, inspire and lead a team of CQ Leads and contractors to deliver CQ services.
- Drive risk-based resource allocation.
- Ensure CQ colleagues and contractors have the required skills and resources to effectively execute their responsibilities.
- Drive implementation of CQ policies, procedures and initiatives across the International Markets.
- Provide design guidance for commercial programs to optimize the risk and benefit balance.
- Act as single point of escalation and a subject-matter expert for CQ Leads.
- Ensure quality thresholds are met and continuously provide feedback on training assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong experience preferably in Pharma.
- Understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Demonstrated extensive experience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Regional and Local operating experience.
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership.
