  • Provide high-quality post-sales client support and drive a positive client experience
  • Handle incoming client support requests
  • Respond to and resolve client issues through incident recognition, research, case resolution, escalation, and follow-up
  • Act as a subject matter expert on system functionality and customer software usage
  • Troubleshoot software issues to identify root causes through research, testing, and replication
  • Triage inbound phone and email support issues
  • Manage support cases in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
  • Communicate case and resolution updates directly with customers in writing or by phone
  • Prioritize and elevate tickets to Senior Support Services Specialists and above with detailed supporting documentation
  • Ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborate with upper levels of support and TSA1 team members on resolutions
  • Maintain departmental quality and satisfaction metrics
  • Advocate for customers by identifying opportunities to educate them on system tools and increase utilization

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is required; the role involves specific technical vocabulary in French
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical solutions appropriately to customers
