• Provide Partner-led customer service and demonstrate passion for food
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full and products correctly placed
• Fulfil online customer orders for delivery
• Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns near sell-by dates
• Support the wider shop team with checkouts, Click & Collect orders and on-demand customer orders
• Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient shop environment
• Perform general shopkeeping tasks
Requirements
- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
- Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch
- Ability to work in one or more of the listed North London locations
- Ability to work advertised hours between 06:00–23:00, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
