Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Incident Management Lead to own and evolve a robust incident framework across the organisation. You will lead incident responses, coordinating internal teams and third-party providers to restore services quickly. You will establish clear communications, drive resilience governance (DR/BC) and report to senior leadership on performance and risks, including post-incident root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
