Jobtailor is seeking an ER specialist to support redundancy and restructuring activities in the UK, partnering with ER Consultants, HRBPs and leaders to deliver fair, compliant change. You will help shape consultation processes and business cases while developing expertise over time.

You will provide practical, risk-aware advice on employment law and governance, escalate complex matters when needed, and stay current with legal updates to support day-to-day decision-making and colleagues.
