Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of a wellbeing approach across UK sites
  • Identify key wellbeing themes and trends across sites
  • Design and deliver practical wellbeing initiatives tailored to site needs
  • Collaborate with HSE and other functions while ensuring clear boundaries of responsibility
  • Engage directly with employees on site to raise awareness of wellbeing initiatives

Requirements

  • Relevant background in wellbeing, health promotion, psychology, occupational health or a related field
  • Experience in a site-based or operational environment (manufacturing experience advantageous)
  • Experience designing or delivering employee-facing initiatives, events or campaigns
  • Full UK driving licence
