Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a wellbeing approach across UK sites
- Identify key wellbeing themes and trends across sites
- Design and deliver practical wellbeing initiatives tailored to site needs
- Collaborate with HSE and other functions while ensuring clear boundaries of responsibility
- Engage directly with employees on site to raise awareness of wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant background in wellbeing, health promotion, psychology, occupational health or a related field
- Experience in a site-based or operational environment (manufacturing experience advantageous)
- Experience designing or delivering employee-facing initiatives, events or campaigns
- Full UK driving licence
