- Modify or extend accepted theories and practices for complex assignments.
- Promote sustainability principles throughout the design lifecycle.
- Keep informed of standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead moderately complex tasks, projects, or major project components.
- Design complete projects, systems, components, or processes.
- Develop EICA specifications, drawings, and project documents.
- Review project documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
- Analyze complex projects and determine design requirements, uncertainties, and constraints.
- Formulate solutions for unconventional or challenging engineering problems.
- Develop work plans with resource-loaded schedules, scopes, and budgets.
- Perform schedule analysis and assess project risks.
- Monitor scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Implement change management practices and assess commercial impacts.
- Supervise staff and mentor engineers.

Requirements
- Higher Education (NVQ+)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Incorporated/Chartered Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution
- CSCS Card or SHEA Water Qualification
- EUSR Water Hygiene Qualification
- Typically 7+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership and technical oversight.
- Extensive and diverse knowledge of EICA engineering principles and practices
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including interpretation of complex technical and contractual language.
