- Collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams on tailored solution design
- Deliver product demonstrations in person and remotely to users through executives
- Facilitate discovery sessions with prospects to uncover business challenges and technical needs
- Collaborate with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to win strategic sales opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in a commercially focused, hands-on technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting
- Experience ideally from a Systems Integrator or similar technology vendor
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Track record of effective customer engagement
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven experience working with UK public sector clients
- Good understanding of operational and technical challenges within central government departments
- Experience leading extensive proving engagements such as Po Cs or early implementation phases
- Experience delivering technical workshops, prototypes, and bespoke demonstrations
- Confidence delivering engaging presentations and pitches that connect functionality to business value
- Experience building demos, templates, or sharing best practices that contribute to team enablement
- Strong expertise in data-driven analytical solutions such as Entity Resolution, Graph Analytics, and MDM
- Domain knowledge in UK public sector areas such as tax and revenue, social security, or home affairs is highly desirable
- Technical expertise in data storage, processing, and containerization technologies such as Cloud or On-prem Distributed File Systems, Spark, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch
- Willingness and ability to work in London and attend a client site or the London office at least two times per week
- UK work authorization may be required, as the application asks whether candidates are legally authorized to work in the role's location
