We are seeking a marketing professional to create engaging, on-brand content including photography, video, reels, and stories. The role involves filming and editing reactive social content using accessible tools such as CapCut and Canva, developing audience-specific content aligned to wider marketing campaigns, planning and delivering local marketing activations across studio locations, and supporting studio teams with promotional activity, communications, and marketing materials. The position also includes building partnerships with relevant brands, fitness communities, and local organisations; creating events and community initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and first-time visits; assisting with the execution of wider marketing campaigns and promotions; coordinating marketing collateral, studio signage, and printed materials; and staying informed on wellness and fitness industry trends to identify new opportunities and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, on-brand content including photography, video, reels, and stories

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within marketing, social media, or community-focused roles
- Experience working within health, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of organic social media and content creation
- Confidence creating video-first content using mobile devices and editing tools
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and locations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
