  • Support delivery of the AI ‘Adopt’ programme alongside other Small Business Unit activities
  • Monitor, verify, record, analyse and report progress against milestones, financial targets, outputs and outcomes
  • Monitor risks and issues and support timely mitigation
  • Create and maintain budget spreadsheets
  • Raise and process purchase orders and invoices in compliance with procedures
  • Collect expenditure evidence from grant recipients and check compliance with funding rules
  • Support team governance and arrange project meetings
  • Produce agendas, minutes, presentations, risk and issue logs, action lists and project plans
  • Liaise with Operations and Compliance Teams to provide reporting data
  • Liaise with stakeholders and partner organisations
  • Carry out project administration, including room and refreshment bookings and handling enquiries
  • Manage programme email inboxes
  • Coordinate workshops and events, including feedback collection, venue booking and attendee registration
  • Liaise with Marketing and Communications Teams on promotional information, materials and case studies
  • Perform other reasonable duties supporting the Small Business Directorate

Requirements

  • Knowledge of project management, including data analysis, project planning and evaluation
  • Well-developed IT skills
  • Experience using financial and content management systems and processes
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • In-depth knowledge of database systems such as Salesforce, including data entry and cleansing
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data collection software such as Microsoft Forms and Smart Survey
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively develop and implement work plans
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and targets in a KPI process-driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and high professional standards
  • Proficiency in administrative procedures
  • Experience coordinating events
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Willingness to be flexible based on team requirements
