Responsibilities
- Design, build and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts across multiple systems, ensuring robust validation of functionality, performance and user requirements.
- Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect identification, tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, developers, business analysts and stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing and early life support.
- Monitor testing progress, provide clear reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and overall testing efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Test Analyst or software testing role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain or multi-system environment.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and design effective test scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
