Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives aligned with agreed outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives
- Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies and critical delivery activities across interconnected programs
- Provide data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress, risks and investment tracking
- Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment and resolve challenges
- Develop and support Technical Programme Managers
- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across APIs, integration services and platform technologies
- Drive delivery from discovery and investment planning through implementation and operational adoption
- Support the evolution of M&S integration capabilities and wider digital and technology transformation
Requirements
- Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities
- Experience in programme and portfolio management, including planning, governance, dependency management and risk management
- Ability to work in evolving environments and create structure, clarity and focus
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication, collaboration and insight
- Experience leading, coaching or supporting delivery teams
- Strong strategic thinking, execution and attention to detail
