Senior Systems Engineer

Overview

• Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, presentations, and PoCs.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into effective Fortinet solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, architecture workshops, and whiteboarding sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Maintain deep expertise across Fortinet’s portfolio, industry trends, and emerging threats.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce.
• Act as a technical mentor and knowledge resource for partners and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC Tools and Cloud.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• A desire to contribute to a high-performing and inclusive team.
• Industry certifications (e.g., NSE, CISSP, CCNP) are a plus.
